Right now the configuration is done manually by me. I need:
Click the cog next to the channel the announcements should occur in:
Click "View Webhooks" in the integrations section:
Click "Create Webhook"
Give the integration a reasonable name (this will be the display name of the user announcing the stream). I suggest "Live Alert"
Follow the same instructions to view webhooks, click on the specific webhook, then click "Delete Webhook".
